Pam Kosakow, a cum laude economics major at UCONN, came to Ridgefield 9 years ago with 10 years of financial and trading experience. This experience included government trading at a Wall Street investment company, Euro-dollar futures trading involved with asset liability management for one of the largest Japanese banks, and risk management position for a major NY bank. Using the same level of commitment and integrity that had made her successful in the financial world, Pam entered real estate and quickly established herself in the community and local real estate industry. In 2000, Pam was named Prudential “Rookie of the Year” for all of Connecticut.
Bart Wickstrum, a Northwestern marketing major, has been in Ridgefield for over 20 years, and obtained his first broker’s license in 1969. Bart‘s extensive experience encompasses domestic and international relocation management, property management, residential asset management, and new home financing and marketing. Additionally, he was a senior manager in a Fortune 500 company, and formed and sold two of his own companies. In 1998, Bart enhanced his extensive background with the addition of real estate sales. Bart’s entire working life has been completely involved in virtually all forms of residential real estate.
